All CareerHub registrations and submitted vacancies are subject to the approval of the Careers and Employment Service.
Organisations submitting vacancies are required to take responsibility to advertise details in accordance with employment legislation, including current Equal Opportunities and Minimum Wage legislation.
We require recruitment agencies to disclose the name of the ultimate employer/client to the Careers and Employment Service, but this can be withheld from applicants.
We do not advertise commission-only posts, pyramid selling or payment in kind opportunities, or any other type of work that will potentially exploit our students or graduates.
We do not advertise vacancies that require any type of upfront cost including flights, visas, etc. (even where reimbursed).
We do not advertise any unpaid roles, or roles that fall under the National Minimum Wage unless from a registered charity/non-profit organisation.
We reserve the right to be selective in advertising any vacancy.
The information that you supply will be held and processed in line with the Data Protection Act 1998, GDPR and subsequent legislation.
Information will be used by the University of Derby (as Data Controller) to promote your opportunities and your organisation to our students and graduates.
We may contact you to discuss your opportunities and other ways that the University may be able to support your recruitment of new staff.
We retain this data for up to six years after you last accessed your account and after such time it will be securely destroyed.
You can request to withdraw your submission at any time by contacting email@example.com.
